WEDDINGS + ELOPEMENTS
I never wanted to get into weddings because I thought it would be too much to take on but most importantly I was super nervous about missing the big moments, like the first kiss- could you imagine?? Lots of pressure there. But after second shooting for other photographers and booking a few big weddings on my own, I feel like I have found my groove. And that groove is really small, intimate weddings or elopements. I'm a hopeless romantic at my core- let's go to the courthouse and make it the most dreamy moment of your life, or we can go to the beach and jump in the ocean after you read your vows to each other. That's what I'm here for- let's capture the truly magic moments of what make this day special-- your love.
FAMILY
I don't have kids, but being Auntie Amy to so many nieces and nephews is my favorite title & you better believe we will have the most fun during one of my family sessions. Come prepared knowing that your kids are going to run the show- I pretty much ask them all the questions and let them be in charge for a change. I think sometimes that's hard for parents to "let go", but I promise you, if you let your kids be kids and just have fun together... that's when the magic happens. If you're looking for a photographer who is going to focus on standing still and getting the "perfect" poses- that's not me.
LOVERS
These are my favorite sessions- I'd even say it's become my niche. Like I said, I'm a hopeless romantic- & I don't believe that it has to be some significant moment like a wedding or anniversary to capture the love between two humans. Let's get in there and get awkward and create the most magical, sometimes steamy, moments. I'm up for any ideas, any locations- let me give you the perfect date night to reconnect.
